A team plan is a simple way give other users premium access to Plot using your own subscription.

1.) Create Team Plan

If you have an upgraded Plot account, you'll see a 'Create Team Plan' button on your Billing window.

2.) Change Team Name

By default, the subscription owner's name is used. Click the 'Team Name' text box to edit this. The Team Name will be visible on the invitation e-mail and from within a Team Member's billing details.

3.) Add & Remove Team Members

Enter a team member's e-mail address and click 'Add Team Member'. Click the 'x' by a team member's e-mail address to remove them.

The confirmation button will update with the new subscription cost for approval, including any existing coupons.

Important Details

  • Sharing. Team Members cannot see any projects by default. Projects will still need to be shared manually. We plan on opening the door to sharing projects with team members in the future.
  • Adding Members. Upon approval, added Team Member's with existing accounts will be upgraded immediately and invitation e-mails will be sent to any of the added Team Member's that don't have accounts yet. Billing for the added users will begin immediately.
  • Removing Members. When removing Team Members unused time will be prorated. For instance: if you are a yearly subscriber and add a team member for one month then remove them, you will only be billed for the one month used.
  • Cancelling. If a Team owner cancels their subscription the Team will be deleted and all Team Members will be downgraded to free accounts.
